RAND GROUP INC is proud to announce it has formed a joint venture with a Taiwanese based company. The new joint venture will assemble rectifiers and regulators in China under Taiwanese and USA supervision. The company specializes in manufacturing for OEM customers and select aftermarket accounts. They currently employ over 300 people in the assembly plant. Peter Bain president of RAND GROUP INC says "This joint venture gives Rand the benefit of having its own factory and much greater control of product quality. When you combine the Taiwanese expertise in regulators and circuitry with our knowledge of rectifiers, diodes and our understanding of what quality the rebuilder needs the entire industry will benefit from this joint venture." |
